Loong Fong

Personally, I find this is one of the best Chinese takeaways in Welly.

We had the combination fried rice, pork chow mein, Chips, spring roll and crab stick.The food was very nice and we’ll definitely go back.We had it as a takeaway and the food was ready in 20 minutes.

Had takeaways from here last week!! Definitely a lot better than it used to be...Yummie wontons and their chicken fried rice and sweet and sour pork was delicious also!! Can’t wait to go back

Had their steamed prawns. They are to die for!! Just pondering what I'm going to order very shortly. Last time I dined a surcharge was added. My meal was lovely so didn't question it. New chef.

Ok, so let me preface this with the fact that I chose to go here as a joke. I went a couple of years ago and would have scored them a 1.0 maybe.<br/ Today it was my birthday and I live local and I thought it would be a good laugh to force people to come along and try the Loong Fong.<br/ These guys have stepped up their game. Last visit we left a LOT of food un eaten. This visit we finished everything.<br/ The service is cute, I think it's a family run place and it does feel like one. Warm and welcoming. The decor is hilarious tacky yet very charming. The food is pretty OK. it used to be terrible. It's now ok good. For $22 per head for full bellies and a range of dishes I was pleasantly surprised. It won't knock your socks off, but you might just enjoy yourselves.
