The staff members at KFC Kilbirnie deserve an award, their service was absolutely spectacular. The food was ready so fast, was cooked perfectly and everyone was so friendly and nice. Who ever is managing that shift is an absolute hero!!! 25/08/24 8:30pm

Good to see a lot of improvement in the cleanliness of the dining area. (Update 8/23: Sadly nobody cares to clean the dining area anymore. It 's a case of 'you want a clean table, do it yourself. It was really busy (because the staff is seemingly on a go-slow and the food was good. Combo specials make for a good selection to suit everyone that wants something other than beef, pork or fish. Time to start offering some non-fizzy drink options. A nice coffee or hot chocolate, or even a bottled water could do wonders. (Update 8/23: Wow! They listened to me!!

They do there best aye. Being the only KFC for miles they do pretty well with the amount of work and orders they have tons take. Self order kiosks must have helped a Lot. High order volume usually means that perhaps they don't get time to freshen up the place, bit of mess or spillage, tables uncleared etc I rate the staff highly for having to put up with all of that.
