I was quiet happy with my experience at Frankies. Staff was pleasant and as helpful as we asked them to be. Food was well prepared with attention to presentation which I appreciate. Every dish was delicious, and the waiter was very friendly.
The lamb was delicious and tender! The photo didn’t do justice to it. It’s the kinda place you wouldn’t notice by walking in front of it.
The best service ever in NZ. Had dinner in Frankie's on 14th April Easter Friday. We were impressed by the service, positive energy provided by a male staff member (unfortunately I didn't get his name, but I know that you will know who I'm talking about: someone like that is a real asset to the business). He definitely sets an example for how great services are supposed to be. Ordered something I usually would not order: NZ green mussels, really enjoyed the meal with a pleasant mood. Dessert: coconut pannacotta is highly recommended. Coconut and passionfruit combined so well. Loved the smooth texture. Great dining experience!
We had dinner through first table tonight. The food was amazing, tasty. Service was super friendly,very enjoy having dinner here. Will be back again!
