Fantastic place to have a meal and take in the scenery. Dockside have a separate plant based menu which was everything we were hoping for. Food was delicious and the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable

This cozy restaurant has left the best lasting impressions! The food is absolutely amazing with some twists everything we tasted melted in our mouths. Infact, the best meal I have had in a while. From drinks to starters to sharing plates to a delicious main course, it was all very good (no hype! . I would highly recommend you to try the Angus fillet braised beef cheek This was like no other Fillet I've had before. It had its own depth of flavor Try it! Last but not least, the service is unmatched, which rounded the whole dining experience I was here for birthday dinner and the staff who hosted us was extremely knowledgeable and made great recommendations. A BIG THANKYOU to you girl!!! You were indeed the best and left us happy : With the warm atmosphere, quality food and friendly staff, I would say it's 100% worth it.

We were lucky to catch the rugga at Dockside when the All Blacks were playing in Welly. The atmosphere was thumping! Whilst it cleared out rather quickly as game-goers moved to the stadium, we were pleasantly surprised by the competent and friendly staff during the peak. Orders conveniently placed online using the QR code at your table meant that orders weren’t confused and were timeous. Burgers are on point! I classify this restaurant as the best burger joint in town! If you’re up for a night out along the water, make Dockside your dinner stop, it’s warm, friendly and delicious!

Beautiful location at Wellington waterfront. White bait fritter was nice, small size over $20 and the big size for $48.00. The place was busy but the service was not that organized. My friend had to ask twice for her salad and she finally received it after all our meal so she ate the salad by itself. The salad was like drowning in a salad dressing and was not a good presentation. The place was busy and apart from this, I love the atmosphere and the view over to the ocean. I want to go again to have more white baits. My friend had the Pork belly and she thoroughly enjoyed it.

Amazing..Lovely, lovely staff. Fantastic location. Excellent choice of wines. The food was outstanding. The biggest thing for me is that they have a separate plant based menu. Most restaurants have one or two choices. Dockside gave me a separate plant based menu to choose from. Brilliant. Dockside, you rock.
