I ordered... read more It was lovely to see a restaurant that still serves chutney with their poppadoms—something that feels like a thing of the past, but I really enjoy it. I ordered the tandoori trout, while my friend had the chicken pasanda. We also shared mushroom bhaji, aubergine bhaji, and a peri-peri dish. The tandoori trout was delicious, and the pasanda was equally delightful. However, the aubergine was sliced a bit thick compared to what we usually have, so it wasn't quite as appealing as I expected. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, although the service was somewhat lacking. We weren't given menus initially, and it wasn't until they came to take our order that they realized it. They were also not very attentive throughout the evening. Despite that, I would definitely return.
