I stayed in the Churchill Motel during a Natural Habitat polar bear tour. The room was large with two big beds. There were extra bed clothes in the cupboard if you needed them. I didn't The bathroom had a bath and a shower. There was a coffee machine in the room but I used the tea/coffee cold drink facility in the entrance to the hotel. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Churchill Motel & Restaurant:
Don't try to serve a tour group a "dinner" without a kitchen. No choice of entree, dessert from a local bakery because of a birthday in our group. Bear season is only six weeks, wait to do construction. View all feedback.
Fantastic clean and comfortable rooms. Always a good view of the tundra and in a perfect location to walk around town. The staff is wonderful!!
Breakfast buffet included scrambled eggs, meats (turkey sausage- extra yummy) and pancakes (with real maple syrup), plus oatmeal plus flax chai or hemp seeds-interesting, fresh fruit and lots of pastries (maybe from Gypsies or at least as good). Coffee is really good and there is juice.
We had a nice stay. Our expectations were low as this is in the middle of no where, with limited season for bear watching. It exceeded our low expectations. In particular the food in the restaurant was great. As was the wait staff.
