Stumbled upon this little gem. The staff were charming and attentive. Looking for more than just nibbles. The waitress asked the chef if he could cook up something for "dinner" for our foursome. He recommended we start with a flamey with arugula, shaved Parmesano Reggiano and Prosciutto. The crust was light - almost wafer thin - and just delicious. The chef then brought us an amazing risotto which was flawless with its creamy base topped with mushrooms (saluted in garlic, thyme). To accompany our delightful meal we glasses of Amarone and a lovely dark beer - Maredsous. The evening was quite a treat after our 24 hrs of traveling from NYC. Do yourself a favor and head to Punctum in Chur for a wonderful dinner and drinks.

On a 10 day visit of Switzerland by train, tonight we discovered Punctum in Chur. Tonight we had a lovely evening with an extremely kind host. We had an extremely good Spanish wine, which was recommended by our host and then a delicious pizza followed by a delicious dessert. Our host then treated us to a grappa and chocolate which was a perfect finish to our meal. Our host then invited to look at the bar and facilities, we were amazed by the many rooms used for various functions, such as an intimate occasion for two or a birthday party or anniversary. As Australians we would like to congratulate our host and recommend Punctum.
