Italian style food. Had a couple of pizzas and some other dishes. The crust was ok. Not super flavorful. Not chewy. Not crispy. Kinda right down the middle good. The pizza oven was a compact gas powered deal that sat on the counter. My Italian friends would probably tell me it’s not pizza if it’s not a wood fired oven. The basic tomato sauce is on the sweet side, and I probably wouldn’t order it again. This was the base for the margarita. The Diavola spicy sauce had a little more flavor and was pretty good. Chicken dish was good with nice textures and subtle flavors. Salad with house dressing was bright and refreshing. There is a seating fee and one drink minimum per person in the evening. Great little pizza joint. Superb service, good array of beers wines and pizzas. We really liked the Quattro Formaggio and the basil pizzas in particular.
