We ordered their specialty thick udon—one served dry, one with soup, and one with two dipping sauces. While the sesame dipping sauce was decent, it didn’t quite excite us. The experience is definitely worth trying, but be prepared for a long wait. Cold dipping flat noodles were really chewy and springy. Sesame sauce was nutty and fragrant, soy dipping sauce was umami. Better to go during lunch as the lunch set was more worth especially if you are getting the dipping noodles. Queue was really pretty long but I thought it was quite worth the wait. It's a very small restaurant with a very long queue, it can be a blessing, pick up your reservation number and walk around, and enjoy Ginza ... We went for the big flat noodles, that was something else, silky smooth noodles ... awesome, balanced broth if you go for the hot ones ... not a fan of the sesame dipping sauce ... should have gone for dinner. They have more things on the menu ... It's a good experience, however, they are many awesome udon in Tokyo ...
