Waba Grill - Chula Vista

The customer service at the restaurant was excellent! However, I was a bit disappointed with the food. It seemed like the regular chicken was mixed with the spicy chicken (not grilled), and the white rice was undercooked. While I love WaBa Grill, the food didn't taste the same as it used to. I hope they can improve next time!

I absolutely loved this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the healthy options were a nice touch. I will definitely be returning.

The food is good, but this place has the worst customer service ever. All employees do not know how to treat their customers well; they are not welcome, they are not nice, and they are just rudely rude.

Food is contaminated, staff don't know, or they don't get trained to understand the Bible of the culinary arts due to mixing work knives and cutting tables for the same meat. Rule number one you don't mix chicken with meat or cut the meat with the same knife; you cut the chicken or use the same cutting table. That is a no, no chicken and beef mixing is wrongful doing. You don't offer customers mixing of beef and chicken togethe?? I will not go eat there even again, the meat that I ordered tasted like chicken my son is allergicto chicken and it cause him an allergic reaction, they want to show everything they do and that they aren't clean.

The chicken and steak bowl was excellent! Plenty of meat cooked to perfection! The Dumplings are delicious too.
