So I just got my pizza delivered to Me Not only was it burnt but they forgot the extra mushrooms and support garlic sauces did I order! This place wasent bad before but now... i mean what kind of medium pizza is this? A crust pizza?
Disappointed ?? the pizza was over cooked almost burnt
I just had my pizza delivered, and it was not a good experience. Not only was the pizza burnt, but they also forgot the extra mushrooms and the garlic sauce I ordered. When I called back to address the issue, the person on the line tried to get their manager but ended up hanging up on me instead. I'm requesting a refund because this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional!
The person at the counter seemed to be in a bad mood and didn't offer anything at all—not even crushed pepper or parmesan cheese, and not even a single napkin. They never came back, either.
Papa John's is undeniably the top pizza spot in all of Chula Vista! Their pizza is never greasy and is always served hot and fresh. They would outshine any competitor without a doubt!
