Panda Express - Chula Vista

Unfortunately, this is the next place for me, so I had to order from them several times. This place never disappoints when it comes to forgetting items, say everything is in the bag when it comes to NOTE and you are waiting for ever, even if you order online to avoid the line and long waiting times. It's crazy how you need to ask for Teriyaki sauce for your order of Teriyaki chicken! Don't make sense. I hate this place, but it's closest. I'm dealing with headaches and I learned to check my orders before I go.

I wrote 2 stars because the staff was rude, their customer service was not available. The background music is TOO loud, which makes it impossible to communicate with the employees. They all automatically speak Spanish with you without knowing if you speak it or not what I thought was strange. They do not answer any questions and are irritated because you cannot hear them well, but the food tastes very good and their orange chicken was crispy. I have the larger plate with 1 main shell and three auxiliary shells. I chose the Teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, veggie rolls and I combined noodles with white steamed rice. Just go if you don't care about customer service.

Today was one of many occasions that this site is not OPEN as indicated on their hours of operation. It seems that employees choose to open at whatever time is more convenient for them, not the time this business has published for the public. Sometimes they open at 10:45...11:00 am if they please. Staff members also appeared annoyed when asked what time they open despite it being later than published hours of operation.

Customer service was very good. Just decided to stop in for a quick bite. The Good thing about chain restaurant. You can count on them being very similar. Its exactly what I wanted The price is not bad. And This is the only time I have been to this location. But I would not mind going there again. The only down side is that it was a little small. Also Sorry did not take many food pictures this time around.. only the kids meal i bought my little girl. Was chow main and Grilled chicken, no sauce, (this is the chicken they use for the teriyaki chicken, which is what I had .

Panda is one of my favorite places for cheap and tasty food, plus in there you can make healthier choices if you wanted to. In my last visit, I had a plate with the mixed veggies and double green bean chicken breast, so delicious and every person in there is kind and helpful.
