If I could give them less than one star I would. They need to be trained properly. I wanted to get something else to substitute my drink as I don’t drink soda and I was straight out told no. Shame as I will no longer come to this location. View all feedback.

$20 for one meal here and even a drink upcharge for a regular combo. The staff was nice but my Big Mac just tasted like pure bread. Regular drinks here are basicly a few Ounces bigger than a water cup. Mc Donald's is going downhill fast.
Wow this place is the slowest drive-thru in America!! So slow I was able to write this review. Not only are they slow they get orders wrong. I would say out of my weekly orders they get 4 out of the 5 wrong. I already had a mistake today with my happy meal order. And it's consistent. I think some of the staff have difficulty with understanding orders!! And it's always different supervisors and managers. I think this McDonald's is a training McDonald's! The ambiance is clean it's just the customer service. And I don't like it when staff take their breaks inside the restaurant cause they record customers on their tik tok! I've seen them! Just wrong. Be safe!
Really questioning why they have a drive thru if every visit here, we are asked instead to park and items are always missing. They need to work on faster service and quality control.
