Jamba - Chula Vista

Found shredded plastic in my smoothie. Swallowed an unknown amount of it before I realized it was plastic. Got home and sifted it out, the picture shows the result. Jamba juice has ignored my emails about this, so I want to warn everyone to stay away. PLEASE BE CAREFUL if you're considering going here.

The service was extremely slow the day i went..it seemed like only 1 staff was taking order, getting contents of order ready and collecting payment. However other days service has been ok. Love the smoothies and the juices !

Service was friendly and efficient. I ordered an acai bowl, and it was great! Good portion, and super fresh. They took a little longer to get an ingredient out of the back, and even though she didn 't mind, they gave her a gift card for her next visit because of the wait. Fantastic customer service.

Your usual Jamba drinks. LOVE THE WAFFLE plus price is great! Staff has been CONSISTENTLY kind and personable! Love that they offer ginger cayenne in lemon shots!!!
