Jack's Donuts - Chula Vista

BEST ICED COFFEE I’VE EVER HAD!!!! I’m very particular about my iced coffee, and this place truly has the best of the best. The flavor balance is just perfect; I fell in love with it the first time I tried it! My favorite donut is the cinnamon swirl one—it's massive, soft, and absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Everyone needs to visit this place ASAP!

I had a great experience, as always. I come here for my breakfast sandwich and coffee every morning. The staff is consistently wonderful and friendly, always welcoming you with a smile.

The staff have become quite rude and disrespectful. If you're not prompted to leave a tip, it feels uncomfortable. I get that some people may want to be generous, especially if they're enjoying a drink, but expecting a tip for something as simple as a donut is excessive and unnecessary. It’s just a donut shop, not a full restaurant. Having a tip option for something like that, with suggested amounts ranging from 15% to 50%, seems absurd. This approach could drive away a lot of customers, my friend.

Great tasting donuts. Fresh and if you get a dozen, you get free little donuts.

It was my first time coming here and it was a good experience. Friendly greeting, good variety of traditional donuts, and importantly, some very good donuts. I got mostly a variety of cake donuts. They were crispy on the outside and delicious on the inside. They were all good but I especially liked the cinnamon/crumble. My other favorite was the buttermilk maple. But honestly I liked all of the donuts! This spot will probably be my new go-to!
