Castañeda's Mexican Food - Chula Vista

Staff isn't professional/trained. My experience with other Castaneda's has been great. The staff was so slow, didn't clean the grill and had some bites of pork in my cheese quesadilla. They took 15 minutes to bring the chips while other branches bring you everything in 2 minutes.

Breakfast omelette was tremendous. Portion was huge and cooked superb price was reasonable.

Bad experience last night. Finally decided on a Quesadilla mainly because it came with Sour Cream and Guac and Salsa. It says so very clearly on the menu. I open the tiny box and all there is is quesadilla, all piled on top of each other. I went back and the girl would not believe me that the menu said it was supposed to come with that. Even when I went outside and took a picture she tried to make excuses. Finally she called someone and got the okay to give it to me just this once . I was going to say that they shouldn 't leave an employee to manage things on her own if she doesn 't even know basic customer service and isn 't equipped to do something so basic as give some condiments, but really the fault is on the owners for not serving what 's on the menu and not training her properly. Unbelievable. Thanks for the indigestion.

The cook was rude, so was the person taking our order. Cook seriously didn’t let me order another food item because I should 've said it the first time food was absolutely disgusting. Would not go back if I was dying of starvation.
