I asked... read more We went to pick up a mobile order that included a regular shake, but the older lady at the counter informed us that there would be a 20-30 minute wait. I asked if we could substitute the shake for something else, and she agreed to let us have a lemonade instead. However, she handed us the smallest size lemonade available, and when I requested a large one to compensate for the price difference, she insisted that both were priced the same at $3.79. I found this surprising, so after leaving, I checked online and discovered that the small lemonade was actually priced at $2.79. I was quite disappointed that she didn’t offer us a large lemonade given the situation, especially since it was the same price as the shake. I decided not to go back and address it, but I think it’s important for staff to be well-informed about pricing.

Have to repeat my order over and over because of negligent staff. Cold food. Do not waste money or time here.
