Had a really lovely breakfast here - the coffee was expertly made, my avocado smash was damn tasty (with dark rye bread, poached eggs and the balsamic was a lovely touch). Beach Road is the place to be for all the cool kids, and Kibbi's doesn't disappoint. Get on it! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Kibbi's Cafe:
Came for a family breakfast. Everybody else's was fantastic but mine was burnt to a crisp Should never have been served let alone left the kitchen. Didn't say anything at the time because I didn't want to make a scene but definitely won't be back View all feedback.
This restaurant is a wonderful place to dine and visitors will not be disappointed. The menu offers a variety of options, including gluten-free and vegetarian dishes. The service is excellent and the coffee is delicious. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable.
I had a fantastic breakfast at this restaurant. The coffee was expertly made, and my avocado smash was absolutely delicious (served with dark rye bread, poached eggs, and a lovely balsamic drizzle). Beach Road is the hotspot for trendy individuals, and Kibbi definitely lives up to the hype.
I came for a family breakfast. Everyone else's dishes were fantastic, but mine was burnt to a crisp and should never have been served. This left a bad impression of the kitchen for me. I didn't want to cause a scene, so I didn't say anything at the time, but I will not be returning.
Had a late breakfast in kibbis with a friend on a weekday. was not busy at all, but waited about 25 minutes for coffee to get out, and at the same time our meals. coffee was nice, but could have been a bit warmer. we both ordered the big breakfast. decent sized meal but the poached eggs were boiled and the frittata or veggie pattie was a bit sloppy, but still tasty enough. the speck, moushies and homemade bohnen were all beautiful. about 20 minutes for the employee to delete our teller as soon as we were done and she didn't seem too interested in a conversation so we don't disturb to order another coffee. the menu had many tasty sounding dishes including fresh juices, so will be ready to give the place another go, but I think there is clearly space for an improvement.
Had a late breakfast at Kibbis with a friend on a weekday. Wasn't busy at all however waited about 25mins for coffee to come out, and at the same time, our meals. Coffee was nice but could have been a bit warmer. We both ordered the big breakfast. Decent sized meal however the poached eggs were over cooked and the frittata or veggie pattie thing was a bit sloppy but still tasty enough. The bacon, mushies and housemade baked beans were all lovely though. Took about 20 mins for the staff member to clear our plates once we had finished and she did not seem too interested in having any conversation so we didn't bother ordering another coffee. The menu had lots of yummy sounding dishes including fresh juices so will be willing to give the place another go but I think there is definetely room for some improvement.
