Starbucks - Christiansburg

Had a great experience today, I frequent this site often and after I ordered was offered samples of a new drink and had an awesome conversation with the barristas. Great service thank you!

Opens at 5:30am and still couldn’t heat up a sandwich by 6am told me it would be a 5 minute wait then waited 5 minutes to tell me it would be another 5 minute

I visit this starbucks once or twice a week and at least twice a month or more my drinks are made incorrectly. Mind you I order caramel machiattos,nothing special, or and iced blonde vanilla latte. They ALWAYS forget the vanilla flavoring,and once when I went back inside because they forgot it I was told they had been out for 3 days! Why keep letting people order the drinks? I hate to be the person who leaves a bad review but something has to give,no other starbucks within a 20 mile radius has messed my drinks up as often and repetitive as this store specifically!*came back to edit this review,as in 3 weeks this starbucks has AGAIN made my drinks incorrectly 3 times.
