Great service smiling faces friendly employees. Great food. Update 1/25/24 apx 10.30 AM just left the store Great service. It is very nice to see happy smiling faces and the employees smile at you and greet you even if they are not the ones taking care of you this is one of the reasons I keep coming back to this store besides great coffee. Hat's off to you all. I have been going every day for the past week a notic... View all feedback.
What Emily Gandolfo doesn't like about Starbucks:
Horrible service the place is really dirty. I ordered mobile and went in store to pick it up and waited 10 mins before someone noticed me waiting and another 10 for 2 drinks while people who ordered in store and going through the drive through were served first. Dont waste your time at this location. View all feedback.
Today, I had a bad experience but also a great experience. Tara was very disrespectful to me as a customer and also as a woman of my age. (47) She gave me a bad look when I pulled down a window blinder. I had to work looking at the window, and it was super bright. I have eye astigmatism. I did it because yesterday at another Starbucks, the awesome girls behind the counter told me just do it, not problem at all. So here, when i pulled down the blinder, I approached the counter, and Tara looked at me in a very disrespectful way. I tried to explain to her, I did put the blinder down with a smile, but unfortunately, she decided not to answer and show upsetness. So I said: Excuse me, did you hear what I said? Then she replied without manners : it 's supposed to be up with a nasty look and tone. Then I said, You don 't have to be rude, and she just kept walking to the door, ignoring me. So I decided to talk to the manager and explain what happened because that was just unacceptable. Emmery, I think, is her name, a beautiful woman of color. She apologized for Tara with a nice smile and took care of my drink. She told me she would take care of the problem. So thank you, Emmery. I 'm sorry, Starbucks, you have Tara giving your customers an inappropriate experience. I believe that there is a job out there for every person, and if you don 't like serving people, and to be kind, even if a customer made a mistake by pulling the blinder down, just do your self a favor and find another job that you enjoy doing. But besides that point, in life, sometimes we have to do a job we may not like so much. Do it with love and a great attitude. It defines your personality and capability. Be the best of yourself!!
Awesome staff crew service thank you for everything
The staff is wonderful. Great place to sit, have a coffee and work. This place saved me when my wi-fi was down.
After 10 years visiting Starbucks and placing my order through the application (when I am already seated at the tables inside) the manager tells me that I cannot order a refill if I do it through the application, regardless of whether I do it from the table inside Starbucks This is called harassment because I've always done it like this and it's the first time they've come out with this, they still gave it to me but their attitude made me feel bad., This will be my last day coming to this Starbucks, the problem is not because of Starbucks' policy, the problem is that the manager of this Starbucks (115 ave SW 40 St) is the girlfriend of the manager of the Starbucks in Blue Lagoon, I had some differences with him) so logically the problem is with me , I spend almost $1,000 per month This happens when companies hire emotionally related people, things do not work because of company policies, they work in a vindictive way.
