What Humberto Campo doesn't like about Rinconcito Miami #4 Military Base:
The quality of food wasn’t what it use to be. For instance I wanted tostones and they’re not freshly made but frozen type. They come out super hard that it’s impossible to chew. The meatballs which they claim are Spanish meatballs are actually frozen processed meat. I gave the waitress 4 stars because she was straight up with me as to how the food was. My husband and I frequently order take-out here, depending on their daily dinner specials. But recently we have been dining in.We just discovered a Picadera (Sampler) menu item that we share as our mutual meal. It features churrasco steak, fried pork chucks, chorizo sausage and grilled chicken.
