Pollo Tropical Express

I had a very bad experience yesterday asked for Two tropi chops and the meat was so poor only few little pieces and nothing fresh,it was horrible.

I went to this pollo they said they didn’t have crispy chicken for the Cuban sandwich how is a chicken place run out of crispy chicken I guess they are too lazy to put it on the fryer

Easy access and quick service. Food was as expected hot and freshly cooked. Good bang for your buck.

I am very disappointed, every time we order food from there we end up spending a lot of money and end up with old inedible food. However, this evening was the worse! First thing: We ordered the avocado chicken salad, the lettuce was old and wilted, the chicken old and hard as a rock! The avocado was not even edible, it was completely brown! The rest of toppings were also not fresh. Not to mention the dressing was not added nor put on the side after we had asked for it. Next, we had ordered the grilled master trio and It states in the menu “ This platter of grilled favorites features Churrasco Steak with Chimichurri, ¼ Citrus-Marinated Chicken a Fire-Grilled Chicken Chorizo, served with Rice, Beans and Plantains” we received no churrasco, no plantains, and the rice that was served was old, dry that it had formed into little balls. In addition to those meals we ordered and PAID for a side of rice, which we did not receive! A side cesar salad was also ordered and it was just a box of wilted lettuce, no dressing, no cheese, no crotons!! Lastly, we also ordered a flan and we were given an old one that had a sticker from over week old on it! This place is just a rip off, and what they give you is no where near worth what you pay, nor what is advertised on their menu! We ended up having to order from somewhere else from having to throw away almost everything. Ridiculous!We won’t be back!

I went for 2 orders of boneless chicken dinners and Ceasar salads, and guave dessert. Also requested Galicia cilantro sauce. Got home and noticed no dessert, the sauce tasted rotten. The salads were soggy and watered down dressing. Total disappointment...never coming here again.
