What Jamie Black doesn't like about Burger King:
The restaurant has an unfavorable policy. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two meals, but when I reached the window, the employee Natalie only noted one meal. I informed her that I had ordered two, but she said she couldn't take orders at the window and I would have to go through the drive-thru again, per store policy. This type of behavior is known as malicious compliance. View all feedback.
