First off absolutely delicious food, there is no place just like it, every detail is perfected. The sweetest and kindest people, Elias Maria and the rest of the staff makes it look easy to give you one of the best experiences time and time again. They really make Greek hospitality live up to its renomée. Beautiful setting, over one of the best places on earth, Faros bay, Sifnos. And of course sunset over the mountains, with that light.... you know. Can't wait to go back!
