Just wow! Extra cheese just thrown into the center?? When I got it, it wasn't cut either? And you ran from Ranch and Parmesan??? You were also very slow and had five people in there who just left? I'll never return. Good luck! View all feedback.
Quality of pizza is always dry and burnt. It?s honestly a hit and miss when we order the deep dish. We?ve now made sure to check the pizza before leaving. Employees are young and it?s seems very unprofessional as far as making sure you get a decent pizza.
The service was very poor. The workers were in the back and did not come when I called. They were goofing off and very very rude. This one employee named Andrew was bad at math and gave me incorrect change!! I will never order from here again! And my pizza was cold!
This Little Caesars Pizza is by far the worse one with consistency and being able to make Crazy Bread. It's ALWAYS at least a 20 minute wait and even when you order specialty pizzas, they are bad. I have never had a problem with any other Little Caesars, just this one. Such poor quality.
I?m not sure where to bring attention to this issue, so I?ll try here. I placed an order tonight online at Little Caesars here in Chowchilla. I went to get my pizza, the guy working says have a good night, I checked my pizza in the store the mushrooms were completely missing (I ordered extra mushroom, there were none on the pizza) he said, ?oh ya we?re out of mushrooms? I said ?can I be refunded for the mushrooms then since there?s none on it?? he said, ?yes? so while he?s getting the refund I said ?can you make sure I get refunded for being charged for Extra mushrooms not just for the regular amount of mushrooms? mid sentence he completely cut me off and said, ?you can get a refund without having an attitude.? I 100% did not have an attitude, I tried to tell him to refund for the correct amount. So, he knew they were out of mushrooms made the pizza with no mushrooms and didn?t let me, the customer know and was going to let me walk out with a pizza made wrong. Then he accused me of having an attitude because I tried to tell him to make sure the refund was for the charge of extra mushrooms not just the regular amount of mushrooms. To be clear, I am not racist, at all. I have family and friends of all colors/races. The man working tonight, was very unprofessional to accuse me of having an attitude by simply explaining paying for extra vs regular. It truly seemed as though he purposely tried to initiate a problem because I?m white and he?s black? As if he wanted to make me appear racist when I am far from. His name tag was not visible. The name on the receipt shows Ndem N.
The pizza was quite stiff. I had to ask for sauce on the side, which was frustrating. I don't think it's too complicated to make a basic pizza.
