The drive-thru service was outstanding—an incredibly friendly young woman helped make the absence of fish tacos more bearable. All in all, it was a satisfactory experience. To make thin... read more Ultimately, I agreed to the green sauce, but the total came to over $13 for just the burrito and a small drink, which I found really disappointing. To make things worse, I had to wait 12 minutes for my one burrito! During that time, the cars behind me were turning off their engines, and it felt like an eternity. Isn’t fast food supposed to be quick? I get that sometimes delays happen, but this was really poor service. I also requested extra taco sauce, hoping to at least get the extra sauce I wanted. When I checked the bag, there was only one packet. It just didn’t feel right! Everyone knows that Carl's Jr. is one of the priciest drive-thrus, so it would be nice if they could bend the rules a bit to satisfy a customer in situations like this. It doesn’t seem like too much to ask. I'm really disappointed and unlikely to return anytime soon, if ever. Very frustrated and let down!

I work late nights live in the town, go there for a cup of coffee and every night ironically the computers are being updated, so they say. Prior to my currentjob, I worked in the fast food industry. That is complete b . Some of the day shift staff is great. Now I know whyMcDonald's drive-thru will be on the main boulevard while their drive-thru is empty. Customer service is not on point and theywork when they want. I will be notifying corporate tomorrow.
