This made the entire experience rather unpleasant. I'd like to address this more to the company than to the employee: when I went to check out, I was abruptly and rudely informed that my coupons were expired and could not be used. I can't help but wonder—if a coupon is expired but the discount is still available with a valid coupon, wouldn't it be better policy to accept the expired one? After all, a customer who has their coupon accepted might be more inclined to return. Just a suggestion from a concerned customer. Thank you for your time.

The... read more The service was incredibly slow; it took 20 minutes to prepare three footlong sandwiches. A lot of the ingredients seemed to be spoiled or past their prime. The atmosphere was mediocre at best. Overall, this was just one of several disappointing experiences I've had here, and I won't be returning. The lettuce and cucumbers were particularly off, with the lettuce turning completely brown.

The Sweet Onio... read more If there were a lot of plants and bushes on the path to this sandwich shop, which is attached to a truck stop, we might as well call it Shrubway. The Sweet Onion Teriyaki sandwich is neither sweet in the right way nor is it truly teriyaki. In fact, it is sweet, but not in a pleasant, metaphorical sense; it tastes overwhelmingly of high fructose corn syrup, which I find unbearable. I’m not a fan of this Subway outlet, and the only reason I ended up here was out of desperation. My partner in crime, who has questionable taste, actually enjoys Subway. She insists it deserves a four-star rating, while I’d rate it a zero, so we'll compromise at two stars.

The food was fantastic, and I would r... read more This restaurant is open 24 hours and it’s simply the best! I ordered takeout for dinner, and it was an amazing experience. The food was fantastic, and I would rate it a perfect 5. The service also deserves a 5, as it was quick and friendly. The atmosphere gets a 5 as well. I spent about $20–30 per person, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience!
