Massa's Dessert Cafe - Chorley

I visited this place today for an egg for me and my sister. have I never been so disappointed? Mint-Choc chip? Can they say something? the coworker seemed to fight to put the...cream in the cone, which led to it driping everywhere. even below my top. almost wasted, will not return.

As a family we like to come here. the ice is simply the best at all! they even have vegan! cozy atmosphere and a real Chorley-Institution

Massa is something from a local institution and I come into this load since it was carried out by the terrible anne massa many, many years ago. beautiful ice and yes, while the staff are generally young, they are, I find, generally attentive and...help me hope this place will continue to live

We were served by a young teenager girl. I asked about the vegan ice, as he has a milchin tolerance, unfortunately the waitress could not be harassed with a separate scoop for the ice. do they not offer vegan and use them the same lace? what if. someone has a heavy milk allergy? somehow the vegan oreo was revolting, so anyway it went into the müll. I asked for a little ice for me and she gave me a medium when I asked if it was small, she said, no, they wanted to aromen? that's never a problem. last visit from us, for a zip that went in the ridge and twice the size I ordered.

The cafe area is ok and the staff are friendly. Mine and my friend's teacakes were burnt all round the edges. I picked off the burnt edges and as this was our first visit I did not want to complain. However, I visited the ladies...toilet and I was appalled! The toilets, cubicles and wash basin looked as though they had not been cleaned in a long time. It was disgusting. This needs addressing now. I don't think Environmental Health at Chorley Council would be impressed.
