If you're in the Parc du Vergers and you plan to visit les Grottes (highly recommended!) or whether you're hiking nearby, you must stop in and visit Gilles at the Cabane Cafe. Here you can find local and organic picnic fare and eat outside in a number of picnic sites. Sample local blue cheese, smoked trout and local beer and honey wine. It's not a hot gourmet meal with waiters- it's a picnic along the way and worth the stop.
