Once inside the premises, the warmth of a restaurant that is noted has been greatly invested in the idea of revaluing the concept of 'home food' that in many cases (including me) has been lost for different reasons that does not come to the case to mention, but yes, that is the idea. I asked for a badeja 'la cholita' mini, of which can quietly eat 2 people, composed of: a meat in palito (the savannah), a portion of longaniza, a portion of ribs and 3 garrisons, if 3! They are lentil purple (without milk cream), fresh salad and potatoes and fried yuca with a peanut sauce on them. Very rich, all the meats marinated with a homemade aliño (nothing of industrialized seasoners), and the composition of the dish fulfilled the mission of the restaurant, which is to make me relive those dinners in which the whole family sat at the table and shared a pleasant moment, full of many anecdotes and stories to tell. I had the opportunity to close the dinner with a hot drink, in this case, ball chocolate, I will leave you with the desire to try to understand a lot about this preparation that is at least a couple of generations, when people roasted their cocoa... The rest of the story can be told chechi if you see it in the living room, worrying about its guests to take the best impression of the restaurant.
