Galettes and pancakes tested and very appreciated. Very friendly home on the phone to book and on site. Our dog was kindly accepted when he was kind and wise. I recommend View all feedback.
My wife and I along with our fifteen year old daughter spent the evening of Thursday March in Cholet, France before a week at Le Bois Aux Daims Centre Parcs. Walking around Cholet at we found few places to eat, eventually coming across...AU ROY D’YS on Rue Saint-Pierrre, around three hundred yards from the town centre. The establishment described itself as “Creperie, Grill and Pizza”. The restaurant was completely empty, prompting us to initially walk by. I am glad we returned. We were warmly welcomed by a lovely lady who managed a little English to assist our limited French. We ordered an “off menu” platter starter of mixed meats, cheeses etc which was delicious followed by equally enjoyable main courses. The Café Gourmand was a perfect end to our meal. During the evening our host recommended nearby tourist attractions we might enjoy as a family and generally added to our enjoyment. We had an excellent time and at sensible prices.
What a pleasure to come back to enjoy! Pizzas and well-stocked pancakes.
We were welcomed in this small restaurant found by chance on a Sunday for lunch on the road of our vacation. We weren't disappointed. cakes are good and served with salad. rates are not exorbitant.
One of the best creperia I've ever seen. very good reception and nothing to say about the quality of the cakes and pancakes. The reopening!
