The entry of buratta tomatoes with a basil sorbet a delight, the calf tab was tender, the perfect homemade fries and the dessert thousand strawberry leaves was delicious also and very well presented. But the service was different. We waited 20 minutes before we were offered the aperitives. The servers looked overflowed despite being 3 for about 40 people. I look like everything was perfect but it was lacking professionalism from the servers. That's why I scored four.
