What Sidney Pledger doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
Took them 37 minutes to bring out my food that I ordered online before I even pulled up. Then the girl comes outside and drops half of my food. Took my whole hour break just to get it handled. Won't be back. I ordered 3 things. View all feedback.
Went a few days ago with my nephew to get a chicken slinger meal with fries and a cherry limade and him a hi c drink, after waiting 8 minutes to get my order taken they kept cutting me off on the intercom every other word, then brought me a hamburger and a strawberry limade, I call back and say hey I ordered the chicken slider meal and a cherry limade and got a burger and a strawberry limade, they after 10 more minutes bring me a slider with tater tots and didn’t bring me new drink so I had to send them back in again for a new drink, to say the least I’ll never come back, horrible service, also my food was cold both time they brought meal. Also she kept my change which was roughly 9 bucks, it takes forever to get them to answer the call button to complain and they act like you was the one who gave them the wrong order

I come here for the different drinks, shakes, etc. they have. I don't really like the food. The kids like the chile cheese tots tho
Worst. Awful. Disaster. Waste of time. Eat literally anywhere else. Even Dollar General.
Ever since they took away all their ordering machines, I have only been once. I use to regularly get a diet cherry limeade. One day I had to drive around until someone left one of the stalls they have designated as mobile orders only. I will not do this at what is considered a fast food restaurant. Especially, when I am doing an app order.I don’t know what drove this decision to take out the drive up order machines. But one thing for certain is you have lost my business.Parking: This restaurant has removed most of the drive up ordering kiosk at the stalls and what is left is for mobile orders only. So if someone is in one of those stalls, you have to circle around until they leave so that you can pick up your mobile order. I will not be back
