We eat at Harley's Cafe 2 days a week for dinner and every Saturday morning for breakfast, they have the most friendly staff, the food is wonderful, the servings are great and it is clean!
I was a little worried it first, it is between a gas station and a parts place. But I just had to say the cook is amazing best steak I've ever had!

And equally important, their food tastes well, whether it is an omelette or biscuits or a burger or chil or a combination. The owner is home friendly and the staff is on special requests. The hours are short (closed Sundays and around 2PM other days), but we really enjoy Saturday breakfast lunch there when we make it on time.
