12/14/24 To the owner: keep the recipes with consistency, meaning, don't change or add. I ordered sautéed mushrooms in brown sauce and broccoli with carrots in brown sauce also. When I got home, the broccoli with carrots sauce was coagulated, so much so, I had to wipe every single peace in order to eat it. Next, the cook added oil, at least 1/4 cup, and ruined the whole thing dish. You don't add excessive oil to brown sauce. The mushrooms was the same, coagulation and oil. Two simple dishes were messed up. I blame the cook and owner for not having consistency. This is one of the reasons restaurants close, no supervision. I won't be going back.
