The indescribable emotions accompanied the whole dinner along a path that winded between the inventions of the chef and the dream landscapes. intimate and noble position. prestigious culinary art, great chef. congratulations!

To say little wonderful. I forced my father to come to dinner with me in this restaurant. we are excited about this (as I imagined) you do not go to eat, but to find yourself in a past that you do not remember or in an unimaginable future. cooking methods from each pattern. If you want to experience emotions and not just eat this does to your case! selection of exceptional wines then! friendly and elegant staff, but at the same time hand. I'm very nice. Behind each plate a story: so much research and so much desire to amaze and innovate. there is a strong recourse to science and chemistry but always with the goal of exalting the peculiarities and the quality of an excellent raw material. some 'difficult' elements (ricci, percebes, miso, anime, etc. worked with great wisdom to return to the palate the original goto. very young staff but also very prepared that you're told ' with attention and friendliness every dish.
