最近のお寿司屋さんってどうしてこんなに高いのかって思ってました。ここは内容からいうと同じものを銀座あたりで頂くと（あまり言いたくありませんが）値段は倍ぐらいでしょうね。子持ちの大ぶりのシャコ、蒸し鮑肝ソース、雲丹。マグロ赤み、中トロ、大トロ、etc.好きな食材ばかり。緊急事態宣言でお酒は供されませんでしたが、それも気にならないくらいでした。また来ます、必ずまた来ます。

Of course the general is a good person too! 今までに2回訪問してます。 一品一品隙のないと言いますか手抜きの無い内容のまま最後に至ります。食べ終わった後の満足感がずば抜けてます。その満足感にはやはり隙の無いメニューや雰囲気に最初は張り詰めた空気感すら漂うのですが、女将さんの愛想、気配りだったり、あれだけこだわりのある大将だと恐らくご夫妻とはいえお仕事中は裏で厳しい口調になるんじゃないのかなと思いますが全てを受け入れお客を立てるプロ意識と言いますか良い接客術で和んだ雰囲気になる事でお酒が更に美味しくなり、そこに拘りの鮨を迎えるとどうなるか、、 兎に角、至福の時間を味わえる店です。 勿論大将も良い人ですよ！
