Lovely lunch on satuarday afternoon. Quite bizy service was quite slow . Food was beautiful me and friend shared a plougmans we asked for extra bread and this was happily deliverd with no extra charge ,my mum had a chicken wrap witch she totally enjoyed . We had birthday and baby gender reveal at their function room. All guests were happy with the foods and served by lovely staffs. Highly recommended
Went there for a funeral 'wake '. I found it to be a really nice, welcoming pub in an attractive area. I was a driver on the day so I did not drink but the service and food was excellent
Wonderful pub hidden from view, a real gem of an establishment. I've been going here for 40 years, ever since I worked here as a potman, collecting glasses, filling the ice buckets and emptying the ashtrays. It has grown a lot since then. Now has a top notch chef delivering fantastic food. Well worth popping in.
Amazing pub you can tell the difference when the food is cooked with care and attention. The seafood board that we ordered was delicious and fresh. Definitely will revisit the pub when we are back to the area
Enjoyed a nice pub lunch of liver bacon mash onions a nice punt of doombar to wash it down after a nice walk through Scadbury nature reserve. Very friendly helpful bar staff. There is also a nice beer garden here which we've used in warmer weather
