Unfortunately, some bookings were moved to the bistro, so there were only a few tables in the restaurant, resulting in a lack of atmosphere. Nevertheless, the delicious food made up for it.

I made a reservation for my husband's 60th birthday at the Fig restaurant, specifically requesting a nice table. I called twice to confirm. However, upon arriva... read more I made a reservation for my husband's 60th birthday at the Fig restaurant, specifically requesting a nice table. I called twice to confirm. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the restaurant was closed for a private function and were seated behind the noisy bar instead. The bartender was throwing empties into a bin, which was very distracting. This was not the experience I had booked or was willing to pay for. We decided to leave without even sitting down. I called the Duty manager, who promised to look into the matter, but I am still waiting for a response.
