The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, which added to the frustration of the meal. **Atmosphere:** 1/5 As for the atmosphere, it was not inviting. The overall vibe was unwelcoming, making it hard to enjoy the dining experience. Overall, this lunch was not worth the $10–20 price range, and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

Kaitlyn is an absolute treasure! Be sure to keep her around; she’s dedicated and always wears a smile! When we arrived, she was busy taking inventory but warmly greeted us after just a brief wait. She let us know that she would wash her hands and put on gloves for our order. Even though it was just half an hour before closing and she had started her cleaning, she still offered to refill the soda machine for us. We kindly declined since we were happy to support her in accommodating our late request, especially with a gas station right next door. While she prepared our sandwiches and processed our payment, she kept the conversation flowing. We truly savored every moment and every bite!

I had an amazing experience with Erbs and Gerbs. I ordered delivery through DoorDash, but the driver got a bit frustrated when they found out the restaurant was out of a certain meat and needed to discuss a substitution. However, the restaurant really went above and beyond by calling us to explain the situation. They not only issued a refund but also personally delivered our order with an apology note.
