The Pheasant Carvery - Chippenham

Fantastic carvery with a high-quality selection of meat, vegetables, gravys sauces, and sides. this is really homemade boiled quality, which is a rare performance for a 'volume' carvery. we had the big and medium sizes and all are generous and tasty enough that they 'll want to eat it all! the employees are professional, attentive and willing to help and answer questions. every customer we saw was happy with a smile on many faces. well done to all there, what a credit. a real joy, can't wait to go back and more of the family there to enjoy this jewel of a place.

Tonight, on our way back from a day in Wales, we were looking for a nice warm dinner after visiting two previous places. My companions and I are vegan, and the waiting staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The best bratwurst and parsnips I’ve had in a long time! They also prepared some wonderful vegetables for us. Thank you for a delightful meal!

It was a bit too late for breakfast and a bit too early for lunch, but we decided to try the carvery, and it was definitely worth the wait. The food was delicious, and I have no complaints. We enjoyed great service at a great price. I absolutely love it there and will definitely be back!

I visited the carvery on Sunday and couldn't be more pleased. I paid £12.50 for a large plate, which included a great selection of meats and vegetables. The portion of meat was generous, and it was lean with no waste. I would definitely recommend this place. My only issue was that our table was right next to the carvery, so there was quite a bit of traffic around us. This restaurant is popular, and there was a queue for the carvery, but it moved quickly. I will certainly be returning, and I suggest making a reservation in advance.
