Just small feedback, maybe give the customer a small butter knife/small knife at least since some of the elements are actually really hard when frozen and it is hard to cut them open without making a big noise or mess

We were not disappoint... read more My partner and I have been wanting to dine at Koi for some time now, and we finally had the opportunity to dine for my partners birthday. We were not disappointed. Both our food and service was fantastic. Each server was pleasant and would converse with us throughout the night. We were served the Autumn Set Dessert menu and each dish served was better than the last (Harvest still being our fave). Our experience finished with the Snitch and a nice little birthday message for my partner (that was a very nice treat). Would eat there again and recommend to our family and friends

We had cake and coffee then dined for dinner and had the set dessert menu with the pairing drinks. WOW it was soo good. Then we came back the next day for more to bring back to Perth hahaha. I will recommend this store to everyone if they enjoy dessert

We wai... read more We ate dinner here for Valentine’s Day, booked at 7:30pm. Because of the degustation experience customers, we felt that we were lower priority customers. We waited 40 minutes for our drinks to come, which was shortly followed by one of the starters. The other starter came at 8:30 an hour after we were sat. Our mains were really delicious and definitely the highlight of the night. Overall, a 3/5.
