I placed my order through the app, and the coffees were ready when I arrived; everything was just as I had ordered. The staff was friendly, and the floor was clean—definitely not sticky. Christmas music was playing, and we arrived just in time. As we were leaving, it seemed like a crowd of takeout donut teams from nearby churches were coming in. Thanks for the coffee!

I usually use the drive-thru and place my order through the app. The staff is consistently friendly, and my order is always accurate and ready quickly, even when there’s a line. The food and coffee are always fresh. I've never encountered any issues here, and I typically order from here about three times a week. Whenever I've gone inside, the shop has always been clean and well-kept. I highly recommend this location!

The ambiance was unpleasant, with trash left on the tables, and better cleaning would have made a difference. I ordered the bagel bites, but they arrived cold and soggy. The service was incredibly slow, even though the restaurant was not busy. It was a waste of my money, but more importantly, my time!
