I had the misfortune of staying at a hotel next door but nowhere in the centre of the village can escape from it. Still, some people seem to like it i.e. those who plan to get drunk straight after skiing; they stagger out of there for dinner chanting like it’s 1am in the UK and they’ve just poured out of their local nightclub. The only reason I give it two stars is that at least the music stops at 8:30pm, but the chanting carries on for a while after. If you choose to stay in any hotels nearby, be warned.

After ski was at Assiet... read more Very noisy cleaning or arrangement of tables and chairs before 7 am. Breakfast starts 8am and many morning we woke up loud noises 6-7am. After ski was at Assietta but loud music ends approximately 8pm so it can't be problem to anyone. Ski lift was 5min walk away (up hill). Half boards main meal not come with any drink not even water. Main meals of half board was versatile Italian dishes. Pizza was excellent. Beef and pork steak was not even tolerable it was terrible.

Much better and m... read more Nice pizza but lots of staff taking little or no notice of what was going on, had to wave a staff member down to get a second round of drinks. Much better and more friendly levels of service everywhere else we've visited in Sauze. Also add a service charge automatically so we won't be back.
