This is the Starbucks where my SO and I met at many years ago!We came here again because we wanted a Starbucks and we were passing through the area at that time so we decided to swing by.This location has changed dramatically in all these years. This is the only Starbucks I’ve gone to that doesn’t allow customers to use the restroom. It also has a horrible atmosphere since there are no seating areas inside. And to add more fuel to the fire the employee who took my order wrote it down wrong she gave me a hot drink when I asked for ice. I understand we are human and make mistakes however I told the employees that I ordered iced and as customers kept coming in they kept giving them their drinks. I waited about 15 min for them to give me my drink and to top it off I had to tell a different employee bc the first one took the hot drink and just replaced the label to someone else’s online order and ignored my drink. I will NEVER come here again. If you want good service theirs a Starbucks off of Archibald in Ontario which is 1000 times better than here.

Starbucks is always good and don't know which one we are speaking of
Also a very good Starbucks the coffee employees and drink were up to excellent..
