Hot and Ready's are usually available. Special orders are also good, we usually order larger orders. Order before and use the app, it will speed things up strongly.

This place has extremely long wait times, even when ordering online. I don't believe the staff is at fault; it seems like there is a lack of leadership from management. The location in Chino Hills is far more organized, and I was in and out within just 5 minutes.

I waited 40 minutes past my scheduled pick-up time. I don't understand why they promote the pizza portal if they're not going to use it effectively. Normally, I wouldn't mind, but this is the third time in a row that it's happened. I think I'll save myself the hassle and choose a different place next time.
