Known for its authentic, freshly made dishes, guests rave about the flavorful trio enchiladas and creative cocktails. However, service consistency is a concern, with reports of disorganization, long waits, and billing errors detracting from the overall experience. While some patrons find joy in the vibrant atmosphere, friendly staff, and live music, others express frustration over poor service, especially during busy times. Ultimately, the restaurant shows potential but needs operational refinement.
I read some of the reviews before I tried this place and to some extent they seemed true. I decided to wait a few minutes and finally someone showed up and it was well worth the wait. If you are in a hurry this place is not for you, but if you love authentic freshly made Mexican food this spot hits the mark. The owner was super friendly and funny. I would definitely go back. Next time I want to try their brunch.
Extremely unorganized!! Really?? $24 for a glass of cheap wine? Served most of our guests as well as bussed the tables. They refused to put out a trash bin till I asked the manager. Caterers were rude, female bartender did not know how to make a margarita??? Male bartender was awesome! Kind accommodating being as they were uninformed about specific directions given by hostess. Table cloths were wrinkled, looked like they pulled them out of the dirty laundry bin! Feel really bad for the people who actually paid for this fiasco! ?
Had a wonderful time with family for Mother's day. Food was good and the drinks delicious ?Dine in: Yes
The food was really good. Full of flavor. The drinks, were really good as well. I had the Mi Novia Fresa, it was fantastic. Would definitely go back to try more!
This place was a total DISAPPOINTMENT! I made reservations 2 weeks ago for Mother's Day...party of 11. We arrived at 1030, (the time of our reservation) and were offered drinks by our server. By 11am we were ordering our brunch (no kids menu by the way...we had 4 children and they did not offer anything for kids). Shortly after the server took our order, she returned to the table to advise that the kitchen was no longer taking any orders!!!!! But she put ours in anyway. How could this be???? By 1230 we STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY MEAL and we asked for our check. The manager waived our drinks and the 20% upcharge for our large party....unfortunately too little too late......we left! How could a restaurant be so ill prepared for Mother's Day? Our server Michelle was great, but we will never give the restaurant a second chance.....UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! Audrey F
