Frustrated, I asked for a refund. A female manager assured me that she processed the refund and that I would see the $4 in 3-5 business days. I expressed my disappointment about the terrible service—waiting for food only to receive something inedible, then waiting even longer for a remake, and now having to wait again for my money back. I insisted on a cash refund and requested the corporate phone number, but she was unable to provide it. Instead, a staff member named Isabel gave me the general manager's number. Overall, it was a dreadful experience, especially considering we had driven two hours from our ranch for this meal.

Terrible service! A more accurate description would be nonexistent service. When we were ready to place our order, we were told to wait a minute, but we ended up sitting there for 10 minutes with no communication. Just as we were about to leave the drive-thru, I noticed an employee loitering in the bushes with what appeared to be a girlfriend. Additionally, another employee was sitting on the ledge of the drive-thru but ran off as soon as they saw us approaching the window. This Sonic keeps getting worse and worse. The entire team should be let go, and a new manager should be hired if they can't get their employees to actually do their jobs.

For vegetarian options, they offer grilled cheese, cheese tots, french fries, and you can request a meatless breakfast burrito, along with ice cream. Service: Takeout.

Second time I’ve ordered through doordash and they wait over 40-60 minutes to make the order, and don’t answer the phone. Drivers show up and leave because the food doesn’t get made. We sit and wait until we just cancel. Waste of time. Also, 9/10 times they forget items from your order.
