I have just had the most amazing experience at this restaurant. Our server Melanie was a delight and our food came out very very fast. We sat in the back room and it was so incredibly beautiful. What Freeman Schultz doesn't like about El Charro Norte:
Atmosphere was great. Lots of screens if you want to catch up on sports. Corn hole and horse shoe toss areas outside. House Salsa was flavorful with a little kick. Fresh/crispy chips. Enchildas- meat was soggy/wet with no flavor. Sauce bland. Chicken was as though it was freshly pulled out of water and placed in the tortilla hastily covered with sauce. A year ago tx pulled. came for the vacation back to pw. I had to fix our mexen so we got friends. our server virginia was fantastic! fun, charming and appealing made the whole dining room experience pleasing and yes, eating was great as always!
Lunch with friends, absolutely good service. The food was delicious as usual.
Zero stars! bland americanized mexican food! eating had absolutely no taste. Enchilada sauce was extremely watered. chili relleno, very bland and no taste. reis was dry and old? salsa is mostly from canned, not good. if they can't make fresh salsa, they can't make big Mexican food. my wife is Mexican and she will never eat here again! a good thing, our waitress (esmeralda) was great!
This place was recommended by a friend, not sure why. Worst Service, waited for a drink job for over 30 minutes, nothing. The waitress went past us three times without greeting. The terrace was filled with mosquitoes that we were all bitten. He waited a total of 45 minutes and we left. No drinks, no food. Long ride and not back.
