Waited 10 mins at window to get cold fries. A watered down HI-C orange and a chicken sand w cheese I was charged for but didnt get. Bad service and bad order #1235 10/12 8pmish. Literally all bad. View all feedback.
NEVER US MCDONALD 'S APP FOR DELIVERY/ UBER EATS I hate having to complain online Uber Eats Diredt Order ID F9268. The pickup is 1.5 miles from my apartment. Ordered at 712am. Order was passed off from one driver to another. I called support at748am. I spent 35 minutes on the phone with support, asking them to cancel and refund. Support didn 't care what I asked...they kept telling me I can 't cancel and get a refund. They told me 8am was the cutoff time. 805 came around, support stillrefused to cancel my order. The delivery driver messaged me after 8am telling me my apartment building doesn 't exist. All whileI am placed on hold again by support. I tried to explain to them where it was, and that no other delivery service ever has anissue. The delivery person replied back and told me I should have left him better notes. Order arrived at 817am. Over anhour after I ordered. DoorDash takes 10-15 minutes. Uber Eats took over an hour. Support was completely unwilling to assistme. Kept putting me on hold, they didn 't care at all. Food was cold as ice. I was told to use the McDonald 's app for arefund. The McDonald 's app says to call Uber support. This is way too much energy and effort just to try to get a delivery,even worse having to fight about a severely overpriced late delivery. So now I have to go online and complain because Uber Eatswon 't do the right thing and doesn 't care. I HATE complaining online but NEVER use Uber Eats. I highly doubt they will doanything about it.
Just showed up to this McDonald?s at 8:15pm and drive thru closed- go to front door- locked. Back door locked and customer?s waiting to be attended too. 3 mins later staff turns off lights and hide behind the counter. Where is the customer servicehere? Have respect for the people waiting. A Simple explanation to why your closed early or a sign would have been better thanhiding. Terrible service. Get new staff that want to work!
I waited 10 minutes at the drive-thru window to receive cold fries, a watered-down HI-C orange drink, and a chicken sandwich with cheese that I was charged for but never received. The service was poor, and my order (#1235) from 10/12 around 8 PM was a complete disappointment. Everything about this experience was frustrating.
The shake machine and cherry ice were out of order, which led to some unhappy kids. It was especially frustrating after having waited in line for 30 minutes. It would have been helpful to have a sign posted so we could go to a different location. This seems to be a recurring issue at all the locations.
I ordered $50 worth of food, including two fish sandwiches with cheese. When I got home, I discovered that they only gave me the top and bottom buns—nothing else! It's nearly impossible to reach the store or file a complaint online. This is the worst McDonald's location I've ever encountered. I advise you to avoid it at all costs. The staff and owner don't seem to care at all. This place is a joke.
